About Us
Soccer88 is more than just another online betting platform. We are a community of over 850,000 active Malaysian members united by a love of sports, casino games and esports — brought together in a single experience that is safe, fair and enjoyable, built specifically for Malaysians.
Who We Are
Soccer88's story began in 2018 with a simple vision — to build an online betting platform that truly understands Malaysian users. Not a platform translated from another language, not one that only offers sports with little following in Malaysia, and not one that burdens users with complicated deposit and withdrawal processes.
The founding team behind Soccer88 grew up with Malaysian sports — following the Harimau Malaya from a young age, waking up early to catch EPL matches, understanding just how deeply badminton runs in the Malaysian spirit, and witnessing firsthand the rise of MLBB esports in the country. That intimate understanding of the Malaysian sports community is what sets Soccer88 apart from any competing platform.
Over seven years of operation, Soccer88 has grown from a small platform into one of Malaysia's most trusted online betting destinations, with over 850,000 active members from Perlis to Sabah and Sarawak. Every business decision we make is guided by one question: "Is this good for our members?"
Soccer88 launched with a focus on Sports Betting for the Malaysian Super League and EPL. The original platform supported 3 payment methods and reached 12,000 members by the end of its first year.
Soccer88 expanded its offering by adding a live casino section — baccarat, blackjack and roulette with real dealers. Membership grew to 85,000.
Soccer88 has invested heavily in mobile platform optimisation and integration with Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and DuitNow — making Soccer88 one of the first platforms in Malaysia to support all major local eWallets.
Recognising the massive potential of esports in Malaysia, Soccer88 launched its esports section with a focus on MLBB MPL Malaysia, PUBG Mobile and Dota 2. Membership surpassed 400,000.
Soccer88 now offers 1,500+ game options, 300+ Live Casino tables, Sports Betting across 30+ sports and esports from 10+ titles — all on a single platform built specifically for Malaysia.
Our Roadmap
Soccer88's mission is to provide the safest, fairest and most enjoyable online betting platform for Malaysians — putting members' needs and comfort above everything else. We want to be an inseparable part of the Malaysian sports-watching experience.
Soccer88 aims to be Malaysia's number one online betting platform — not simply by being the biggest, but by being the most trusted. Member trust is the most valuable asset Soccer88 holds, and we work hard every day to earn it.
Soccer88's three core values are transparency in all business dealings, the security of members' data and funds, and a commitment to promoting healthy gameplay. We believe betting is entertainment — and good entertainment must come with the right protections for our users.

Our Commitment
Some platforms see their users purely as a revenue source. Soccer88 sees our members as partners in a community we're building together. That's not a hollow tagline — it's reflected in every decision we've made since day one.
While most platforms set rollover requirements that are nearly impossible to meet, Soccer88 keeps it reasonable at 20x. While others bury hidden costs in the withdrawal process, Soccer88 operates a strict zero hidden fees policy. And while others ignore customer support response times, Soccer88's team targets a Live Chat response of under 2 minutes.
Soccer88 is also actively committed to fostering a responsible gaming culture among our members. We provide self-control tools including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and game pause options — because we believe members who play responsibly are happier and more loyal in the long run.
All of Soccer88's bonus terms, wagering conditions and withdrawal policies are written in plain language — no fine print deliberately buried in the details.
Soccer88's technology team releases platform updates every two weeks — adding new features, improving performance and resolving issues based on member feedback.
Soccer88 believes betting is entertainment. We provide self-control tools and support for members who need help maintaining healthy playing habits.
From payment methods and sports content to interface language and customer support — Soccer88 is a Malaysian platform, built for Malaysia.
Soccer88 offers over 10,000 betting markets every week covering football, badminton, cricket, esports and more than 25 other sports — ensuring there's always something exciting for every type of Malaysian sports fan.
Soccer88's analyst team continuously monitors the markets to ensure the odds we offer are among the most competitive on any platform — giving you the best value on every bet you place.
Soccer88 operates under a licence issued by a recognised international regulatory body. This ensures all our operations meet strict standards for security, fairness, and responsibility, and are subject to regular audits.
Soccer88 is one of the few platforms that genuinely offers customer support in Bahasa Melayu — staffed by fluent speakers, not auto-translation bots that often confuse or mislead.

Trust & Compliance
Soccer88 members' trust is built on a solid compliance foundation that is independently audited.
Security Commitment
Soccer88 takes security seriously. Every ringgit you deposit is held in an account completely separate from the company's operating funds — meaning member funds are always available for withdrawal at any time, regardless of what happens to the business.
Soccer88's payment processing system is independently audited by a third-party security firm every quarter. These audits verify that all transactions are processed correctly, that there is no manipulation of the odds system, and that the RNG (Random Number Generator) for casino games operates fairly and with full randomness.
Responsible Gaming
Soccer88 is strongly committed to responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help our members stay in control of their playing habits and ensure their Soccer88 experience remains enjoyable entertainment, not a source of problems.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your Soccer88 account settings. Limits take effect immediately once applied.
If you feel like you need to step back for a while, Soccer88's account pause feature lets you temporarily suspend your betting activity for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
Members who feel they need further help can opt for permanent self-exclusion from Soccer88 — a decision we fully respect.
If you or someone you know needs support with a gambling problem, please visit the Responsible Gaming us for more information and support resources.
